The Town of Zebulon is proud to announce the return of the annual Christmas parade at 3 p.m. on Sunday, December 14, 2025. In partnership with the Greater Raleigh Merchants Association (GRMA), doing business as Shop Local Raleigh (SLR), the Town will bring the Zebulon Christmas Parade back to Downtown Zebulon
“The Zebulon Christmas Parade is a special tradition that brings our community together to celebrate the season,” said Zebulon Mayor Glenn York. “By partnering with the Merchants Association, we’re able to ensure this event continues to grow and thrive while showcasing the incredible talent and spirit of Zebulon. We’re excited for residents and visitors alike to experience the magic of this year’s parade!”
Applications are now open for those interested in participating in the parade. Marching bands, dance troupes, twirlers, entertainment acts, car clubs, businesses, and community groups are all encouraged to apply. Nearly 100 groups are anticipated to be selected for this year’s lineup, bringing festive sights and sounds to downtown Zebulon.

This year’s parade will be the first of a three-year partnership between the Town of Zebulon and GRMA/SLR for production of the annual Christmas Parade. A portion of event proceeds will promote economic development in the Town of Zebulon.
